Assignment #6-Children’s Rights
I believe that it is important to advocate the rights for children because they really don’t understand or get the rights that they have. Children don’t deserve to be suffering in pain. Children don’t have the power to fight for their rights like we do. For the children in developing countries its a really sad situation because anything that they do they are most likey to die because of preventable causes. Children don’t really know what they need so people like us need to help make important decisions for them so they don’t end up ill or dead. They need people that are more educated on these rights so that children aren’t suffering. Organizations like Free the Children and UNICEF are there to help children and engate them in the social issues of their country. They help educate the children with raising money for schools, teachers, and supplies to help them develop better. These organizations are an awesome way to show that people do care and want to help. Children make up a huge amount of the population and they are the future.
